Stallholder Information
The Minerama Gem Show offers 3 days of trading (Friday-Sunday) with a fantastic venue for visitors and traders. Minerama attracts a loyal and motivated group of visitors with great trading opportunities for all dealers.
Food and drinks are available on site from the Services Club restaurant and the Lions Club catering van. The location in the main street of Glen Innes is convenient to visitors and locals alike with plenty of passing traffic and good parking.

Stallholders must hold a current public liability insurance policy and submit a copy with their application form (signed and complete) – this is a requirement from our insurer and no exceptions can be made.
Stallholders who do not hold Public Liability insurance should arrange appropriate insurance cover prior to booking a site. Minerama does not endorse any particular insurance company but provides these suggestions in the interests of assisting potential stallholders to meet insurance requirements.
Inside traders operate within the Glen Innes District Services Club auditorium from the hours of 10:00am to 6:00pm. IMPORTANT NOTE: as from 2008, drapes will not be fitted to tables as we note that most traders bring their own. Back tables are not provided but you are welcome to bring your own if required.
Outside traders operate in the adjacent carpark and King George Oval – only limited powered sites are available and are allocated in order as signed applications are received. Site allocation will be at the discretion of the Site Manager.
NOTE: There are no camping facilities on site - traders are encouraged to consider using one of the many other accommodation options available. Outside traders who wish to provide their own security over the weekend are permitted to remain with their stall overnight. Showers are no longer available at the Services Club. Vehicles are discouraged from remaining in the Services Club carpark overnight to facilitate loading/unloading for inside traders.

Stallholders may set up on Thursday afternoon from 1:00pm. Stalls should be ready for trading by 10:00am Friday.
For public safety reasons, vehicles cannot access the site during trading hours. Vehicles left on site must fit within the stall area allocated. Half sites are available for stalls which cannot fit in the standard 8x4m size. |

Please contact the Minerama committee to enquire about becoming a trader. Limited new sites may be available depending on site bookings so potential new stallholders are advised to contact Minerama.

Space inside the Services Club will be offered to previous stallholders first until 30th November - new stallholders will go on a waiting list for consideration after this date. Plenty of space for outside traders.

Minerama is a great show with high profile and an extensive advertising budget - most traders do well here so good luck to all.
